Prof. Megha Sharma

Ms. Megha Sharma is an Assistant Professor in the Department of ISE. Her academic interests include Data Structures, Design & Analysis of Algorithms with chief focus on augmentation, Machine Learning, Software Engineering, Discrete Mathematics, Operating Systems & Object Oriented Concepts.

She holds a B.Tech. degree in CSE from U.P. Technical University, Lucknow and an M.Tech degree in SE from Banasthali Vidyapeeth.
She started her career in 2006 as a Software Engineer with the India Software Labs, IBM India Pvt. Ltd. Having worked in IBM with projects in the Linux Technology Center and the Java Technology Center spanning around 5 years, she holds a rich experience in the corporate which she brings to the academic field.

Her plunge into academics began in 2013 when she began teaching Data Structures & Algorithms. Since then Prof. Megha Sharma has never looked back. She breathed fresh air into academics in general and teaching in particular by virtue of a dyad of means - approach to the technical presentation in classes and labs and handling the students within and outside the class.

She joined Cambridge Institute of Technology on August 1st, 2022.
